Toki Highball

1 part Toki Japanese Whiskey

3 parts High Quality Soda Water (recommend Q Soda or Topo Chico)

Build in Collins glass over ice, garnish with Lemon Twist

Sipsmith Gin Martini

4 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin

½ part Dry Vermouth

Stir in mixing glass filled with ice for about 7-10 seconds, strain into Coupe, Garnish with Lemon Twist
